Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District will be in a special session meeting on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 5:15 p.m. in the Syracuse City Hall.  Located at 1979 W. 1900 S. Syracuse, Utah 84075 .

NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED

Notice is Hereby Given pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-27-4, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on September 11, 2025, the Board of Trustees  of North Davis Sewer District, Davis and Weber Counties, Utah , adopted a resolution  providing for the issuance of the District’s Sewer Revenue Refunding Bonds, in one or more series, in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $10,000,000.

Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District will be in a regular scheduled meeting on Thursday January 8, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. in the District Office Board Room, located at 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075.

Board Meeting Agenda:

  1. Administer Oath of Office to appoint Board Member – Roy City.
  2. Reorganization of District Board of Trustee’s Officials.
  3. Declaration of conflicts of interest.
