NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED

Notice is Hereby Given pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-27-4, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on September 11, 2025, the Board of Trustees  of North Davis Sewer District, Davis and Weber Counties, Utah , adopted a resolution  providing for the issuance of the District’s Sewer Revenue Refunding Bonds, in one or more series, in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $10,000,000.

NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT

Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District will be in a regular scheduled meeting on Thursday November 13, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the District Office Board Room, located at 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075.

A work meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. with the regularly scheduled board meeting to follow after the completion of the work meeting.
