NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT

Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District will be in a regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, November 14 2024 at 6:00 P.M. in the District Office Board Room, located at 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075. 

A work meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. with the regularly scheduled board meeting to follow after the completion of the work meeting.

Work Meeting Agenda:

1. Review 2025 Preliminary Budget.

Board Meeting Agenda:

1. Administer Oath of Office to appointed Board Member (Roy City) and Board Clerk
2. Reorganization of the District’s Board of Trustee’s Officials.
3. Declaration of conflicts of interest.
4. Approval of meeting minutes of the meeting held October 10, 2024.
5. Public Comments:  Individuals from the public may address the Board of Trustees at this time. Comments should be limited to three minutes and participants should state their name for the record. The Board of Trustees cannot take action on items not listed on the agenda.
6. Presentation of City Connection audits – Angela Lupcho
7. Presentation and approval of Third Quarter 2024 Financial Report – Angela Lupcho
8. Presentation and approval of Preliminary 2025 Budget – Angela Lupcho
9. Set public hearing date for amending 2024 budget and adopting 2025 final budget for December 12, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. – Angela Lupcho
10. Manager’s review.
11. Chairman’s review.
