Position: District Manager
Starting Pay: $180,000 to $210,000 DOQ

The North Davis Sewer District (District) is conducting recruitment to hire a District Manager. The District is seeking an experienced professional to perform executive and managerial duties related to planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the overall operations of the District including: collection system, treatment plant, biosolids processing, laboratory, pretreatment program, IT department, and accounting department.

Qualifications include:
Successful experience managing large budgets and leading a large number of employees. Demonstrated technical knowledge of wastewater processing and environmental quality control compliant with state and federal regulations. Trusted and respected in wastewater industry, and by regulators, public, and employees. Enthusiastic in promotion of the Mission Statement of the District, “to foster a commitment to excellence, value, continuous improvement, and pride in the operation of all aspects of the District’s facilities with a goal of creating and sustaining a world-class operation.” Advanced academic credentials in engineering, business administration, or public administration preferred.

Competitive negotiable salary and benefits.
